Power: MANIFESTATION - Evie has the ability to create anything out of thin air at her will. Of course, the larger and more complex the object, the more time, concentration, and energy it will take. Something that takes excessive energy can cause her to enter a coma, but with practice, the limits expand, much like weight-lifting.
Personality; This girl has always been headstrong and
extremely stubborn. She will not back down without a fight, and though her physical strength isn't really her forte, she likes to argue. Evie is a short fuse. You spark her anger, and it doesn't take much to set her off. Her independence and hardheadedness often leads her into trouble, just as often as it saves her from it.
Although personality-wise, she is a hard-shelled person, she appears very ladylike. Because nobody expects a dainty little girl like her to hurt anyone, if the fact that her lips are often set in a hard line of determination or adamancy doesn't give her away first. She's a sucker for romance just as much as most ladies are, but if she is ever in a relationship, the boy had better be able to keep up with her!
History: Evie was born in Ever Snow along with her twin brother, Clarence. Together, they were raised there by their parents, who worked at the power plant. They made enough to keep them happy, well-fed, and more. However, the twins' luck ran out when the plant exploded, taking their parents away. Evie kept her chin up and pulled through, refusing to let their parents die in vain.
Soon after, Evie noticed strange occurrences around her. Things began popping up out of nowhere, but then she realized that it only happened when she was around. It took but a short while to get a hang of her new ability, but creating things soon became almost as easy as breathing.

Little Neal was born when Prudence, Clarence's pet tiger mysteriously became pregnant. Evie fell in love with him at first sight and insisted that she keep him. He's quite boisterous and energetic, and
loves needs attention. He's almost potty trained. But not quite.
She loves to sing.
Because her roleplayer does too. It's what usually calms Neal down when he's being especially rambunctious.
